Turret punching

With turret punching, we can cut out components from raw sheet metal and manufacture intricate parts according to your specifications. We always produce the components quickly and efficiently with short setup times.

Why choose turret punching?

Turret punching is a cutting technology that complements or serves as an alternative to laser cutting. The design, material, and thickness of the component determine the most suitable machining method, and in this regard, we can naturally advise you on the optimal solution.

Turret punching can, for instance, be the best method if the component has a complex hole pattern, numerous holes, or requires operations such as countersinking, embossing, or hinges.

Turret punching can be used for punching up to 6 mm thickness or 10 mm for aluminum, and the method allows for optimal material utilization, thereby reducing waste.

Turret punching for larger series

The rapid setup time associated with turret punching makes it the optimal method for large series production or for intricate components with multiple forming processes.

If you need to manufacture smaller components in larger series, we can create tools precisely tailored to your needs. This reduces processing time and is cost-effective since turret punching does not require manual operations.
