In Hedema we manage the machining process from idea development to the finished product through CNC-controlled machine processing – all in close collaboration with you.
We handle all types of machining tasks, including milling and turning, in both hard and soft metals such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals. Besides having our craftsmanship in order, we are also a total supplier of surface treatment and assembly. Therefore we can ensure that the item is handled optimally from start to finish.
Automated machining for your benefit
We have a range of efficient and fast machining centers, including automated machines as well as manual machines for metal processing. By being able to automate the process, we can reduce manual processing and increase productivity. This ultimately provides you, as the customer, with competitive prices for serial production of components.
We are ready to handle all parts of the process – from machine parts, prototypes, and tool components to post-processing of shaped and cast components. With employees specialized in machining and CNC processing, you get a good result, and we can also provide low setup times, a continuous flow in production, fast turnaround time, and low error rates.
