Welding with high precision and consistency
At Hedema, we have three welding robots and 20 certified welders, enabling us to provide high delivery reliability, fast turnaround, and qualified collaboration on your task.
We specialize in robotic welding in all metals, including metal, steel, and aluminum. Our machinery handles advanced components up to eight meters in length, which is why we also take on the larger tasks you might have.
At Hedema you will receive efficient guidance throughout the process, from idea development and sketches to finishing, assembling, and shipping of welded components. We work with 2D files, 3D files, or based on your hand-drawn sketches – all, of course, within the industry's requirements and standards. The advantage of choosing robotic welding is high uniformity and lower costs.
Certified and flexible collaborative partner
We conduct robotic welding in black steel, stainless steel, and aluminum from our 2.400 m2 welding halls, which is designed to provide fast, precise, and flexible welding.
All 20 of our welders are certified according to EN I9606-1+2. This means that as a customer, you can obtain certified welding in all our various welding processes and material groups. You can thus expect the best quality for your welded components. This certification also applies to manual welding.
Welding fixtures and programming
We develop our own fixtures for manual welding and robotic welding. As the amount of programming and fixture development depends on the complexity of the specific welding task. By adapting the welding process to the specific needs, we thereby reduce setup and idle time, ultimately providing savings and efficiency for you as a customer.
