Hedema A/S welcomes FPE Group as new co-owner to strengthen the company's continued growth
Effective October 10, 2023, the investor group FPE Group ("FPE") has acquired a majority stake in Hedema A/S ("Hedema") in Horsens. Since 2007, Hedema has been owned and operated by Kim Kjær Andersen and Jens Poulsen, and currently has a production area of 11,000 m2. The company has 88 employees and a large, versatile machine park with the capacity for large and small series.
Kim Kjær Andersen and Jens Poulsen will continue as directors and co-owners of Hedema with 10% each, while FPE acquires the remaining 80%.
