Busyness and many new exciting tasks place demands on the machinery and production setup. Therefore, we have divided our machining department based on functions, avoiding unnecessary transportation and moving of items. This optimizes our production flow and speeds up the throughput.
During the winter, we invested in two new milling machines, a Haas VF7 and the impressive gantry milling machine AWEA LP-3016 for processing large components. Suddenly, space became limited.
We moved the manual machining into a separate room, and the same goes for the lathes. Now, we don't get in each other's way, and we don't waste time on logistics - instead, we utilize our skilled employees for what they excel at.
We are achieving more in production because we have optimized the layout, reduced internal transport, and improved logistics.
And of course, it doesn't stop there - after the summer break, we are adding a new top-automated laser cutter with loading and unloading capabilities, as well as a new press brake with automatic tool changing, to our machinery lineup.
