We train the professionals of the future

Hedema is a workplace where there is room for everyone - from apprentices to top management. Through our apprenticeship program, we train the qualified workforce we need and contribute to increasing the number of professionals in the industry.

We believe that creating a secure environment for our apprentices is important, where there is room for personal and professional development. At Hedema, as an apprentice, you will have responsibilities, but you will also be part of the team from the beginning, on par with all our employees.

A workplace that values its employees

At Hedema, we don't simply let go of our employees. If someone develops back pain or allergies, we take the time to find another position for them within the Hedema organization. This contributes to a strong sense of camaraderie and a certain level of security, knowing that the management appreciates the work we do.
